Regina Walter, Senior Judge and Founder, Educating Children of Color
 
Senior Judge Regina Walter is the founder of Diversity University and Educating Children of Color, Inc. She has provided approximately 2500 hours of diversity, equity and inclusion training to various organizations locally and nationally.The non-profit she founded has awarded more than $600,000 in scholarships to students for higher education. 

Judge Walter retired from the State of Colorado Judiciary in January of 2019 after 32 years on the bench. She now serves as a County Court Senior Judge. She began her judicial career in 1987 as a juvenile magistrate in the Fourth Judicial District and became a county court judge in 2008. Prior to joining the bench, she was a deputy public defender. She is a graduate of Colorado College and of the University of Tulsa School of Law
